This is a full-time Customer Service Rep position with a pay range of

$16 - $20 per hour . Enjoy paid training and the potential to work from home after a successful first month.

We offer a

full-time

schedule that begins with 30 days of in-office training. After your initial month and a performance review, you may have the opportunity to transition to working from home. We'll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.

As a Customer Service Rep, you will start your day by answering inbound and outbound phone calls, actively managing communications to ensure every customer feels heard and supported. You will coordinate with our dispatch team to schedule appointments and keep the workflow moving efficiently. Throughout the day, you will monitor and follow up on leads, abandoned calls, voicemails, and emails, ensuring no customer inquiry is left behind. You will take on a variety of administrative tasks, from assisting with office duties to accurately entering data into our software platforms. With every interaction, you'll be helping to deliver the top-notch service our customers expect.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Basic computer skills Ability to learn our CRM software Ability to handle a high call volume and manage friendly customer service experiences Fluent with technology and able to switch between multiple customer service platforms Ability to enter data into software accurately and quickly Excel spreadsheet experience (preferred)
