Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems * Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment * Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
