Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - 2720 West Chandler Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintains Safe & Secure Environment at store entrances/exits and sales floor.; Deters theft by monitoring for potential theft indicators and providing visible command presence.; Mitigates theft & fraud by communicating theft indicators to leadership and following loss prevention directives.; Minimizes operational shortage by training staff on shortage reduction initiatives and monitoring checkout procedures.; Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
