Project Management Intern
Apex is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our marketing operations team and help move campaigns from brief to launch using Monday.com as our central project hub. You'll support timelines, asset trafficking, approvals, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across creative, brand, growth, and product teams. Ideal for a detail-oriented organizer who enjoys improving processes and keeping teams aligned. To be considered, you must be able to commit to a 10-week hybrid internship and work 40 hours per week during our summer program. Duties/Responsibilities
How integrated marketing campaigns move from strategy to execution. Practical project management techniques using Monday.com (dependencies, automations, dashboards). Creative production workflows, trafficking, and stakeholder management. How to use PM and analytics tools to improve visibility and delivery. Aid in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership. Education and/or Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Senior standing, May 2027 graduate Required Skills/Abilities
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proactive problem solver with a bias for action and accountability. Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, etc) Experience with Monday, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, web, paid media) and creative workflows. Exposure to CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and social scheduling tools Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Familiarity with project and product management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, etc. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. General interest in Fintech Work Environment
