People Services Director (Human Resources Director)
Location : Elko, NV | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced
People Services Director
to lead the Human Resources function and partner with executive leadership to support a strong, people-first workplace culture. This role will oversee HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall
Human Resources operations
and strategy. Develop and implement
employee engagement and retention initiatives . Support
recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations . Manage
labor relations and union interactions
where applicable. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improve staffing strategies. Oversee
HR compliance, audits, and departmental budgets . Promote a culture of
professional growth and organizational excellence .
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required . 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience . HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred . Healthcare experience preferred .
