Customer Service Representative Our client is a retail Agency servicing the state of Mississippi. Responsibilities: Commercial insurance customer service skills including: AMS 360 Management System Preferred Answering Inquiries Issuing payments Quoting and issuing policies and endorsements Exceptional phone skills Brokering ancillary lines of business Manage relationships between carriers and agents Experience / Educational Requirements Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience Good interpersonal skills Excel experience required Ability to work as part of team P&C license is required
