This individual will lead a multi-disciplinary team to build a market-leading data proposition that drives business growth, productizes data assets, and ensures unparalleled client satisfaction.

As the primary architect of the company's data roadmap, you will balance the "big picture" strategy-leveraging AI, predictive modeling, and data monetization-with the rigorous execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be a transformation driver, ensuring that data is not just a reporting tool but a core commercial product that "delights" both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Collaborate with the technical data engineering team under our web development/digital product department to ensure data models are scalable, integrated, and optimized for performance. Audience Data & CDP Management: Oversee the management of audience data within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to improve segmentation, retention, and personalized targeting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation

Drive the transition from traditional data science to innovative approaches, utilizing automation, predictive modeling, and AI to enhance efficiency and depth. Partner with Legal and Data Protection Officers (DPOs) to ensure all data strategies remain compliant with evolving privacy regulations. Evaluate and implement next-gen ad-tech and data-tech stacks to maintain a competitive market edge.

2. Operational & Client Excellence

Establish and enforce SOPs and client-facing SLAs to provide consistency and quality across all data deliverables. Act as a hands-on mentor to a growing team, fostering a culture of "operational excellence" where accuracy and meaningful application of results are top of mind. Lead high-level client meetings to define success metrics and establish guardrails for evolving requirements.

3. Cross-Functional Liaison

Product & Business Divisions: Partner to conceptualize and bring data products to market. Marketing: Provide the insights needed for audience growth and brand effectiveness. Finance: Collaborate on data monetization strategies and ROI reporting for internal investments. Sales Operations: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the data-driven "stories" and tools required to win and retain business.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience: 12-15+ years in a senior leadership role within data strategy, analytics, or digital operations. Experience in the pharmaceutical marketing or digital health space is highly preferred. Leadership: Proven track record of managing and mentoring diverse teams (analysts, engineers, and strategists) and building cross-functional consensus. Technical Proficiency: A strong command of the modern data stack, including SQL, JavaScript, Google Analytics 360, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Google Cloud is essential. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop data-related products and services, including strategy for pricing and monetization. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external clients. Education: At minimum, a BA/BS degree in a related field (Data Science, Business, Finance, or Engineering) or equivalent experience. Master's level preferred. Success Metrics
