JR26-186**Compensation Range:**$21.92 - $34.39**Position Summary:****Hourly Range:** $21.92 to $34.39 depending on qualifications.**Job Description:**This position counsel students, prospective students and parents on matters pertaining to Financial Aid. During the absence of the Financial Aid Manager, will assist with the supervising of the Financial Aid office and staff.**Job Duties:*** Assists the campus Financial Aid Manager with ongoing training of the Financial Aid support staff and student workers.* Verifies student information and evaluates student eligibility.* Performs data entry of financial aid documents.* Understands and implements institutional and office procedures.* Reads, analyzes, and responds to Federal and State regulations.* Refers students to appropriate College personnel and outside agencies.* Conducts internal and external financial aid workshops.* Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** The position requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of prior-related higher education financial aid work experience.* If applicants do not have a Bachelor’s degree, they must have at least one year of college (30 semester hours) and then may substitute for up to three years of education at the rate of two years of higher education financial aid experience for each year of education. The substituted experience for education time is in addition to the required two years.**Close Date:** April 3, 2026.
