How You\'ll Make an Impact
Plan and prepare technical and commercial service proposals for substation automation systems.
Follow the Systems proposals process flow and document each stage.
Review and analyze customer specifications to compile information for bids.
Utilize internal systems for proposal generation and data storage.
Prepare long-term service agreements covering strategic spares, audits, and more.
Complete cost estimates for new bids and contract changes.
Develop commercial agreements, pricing spreadsheets, and coordinate legal reviews.
Support in preparing monthly reports and updating marketing databases.
Your Background
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Communications Engineering preferred.
At least 3 years of experience preparing technical and commercial service proposals
Over five years of experience in the electrical power systems field, particularly in substation or power automation systems.(Preferred)
Experience with SCADA and Substation Automation bid preparation is desirable.
Knowledge of electrical power and industrial system applications.
Understanding of commercial terms and conditions, including Incoterms.
Excellent technical English writing skills; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Salesforce.
