Discuss loan needs and process consumer loan applications. Recommend other appropriate products and services offered by Peoples Bank and make referrals to business partners. Supports Peoples Bank goals, mission statement, new initiatives, and customer-focused sales culture. Qualifications
General Qualifications Required Education/Knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent Three to five years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or management experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees. Strong communication and organizational skills Strong sales skills and ability to assess customer needs and identify appropriate cross-sales opportunities. Support and lead the branch team in the BCM's absence Basic math skills Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Competence with computers, telephones, and other office machinery.
