
Founding Recruiter | NYC preferred | US Remote

About the role
The Recruiter will play a key role in the company’s expansion. With recently signed significant contracts, it’s time to scale and bring in more leadership professionals, and different operators to continue the team success.
Responsibilities
Scale the team by attracting and hiring top senior talent across Business Development, Revenue, Business Analysis, and Engineering.
Own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and coordinating hiring decisions with leadership.
Partner with the founders to define role requirements and align hiring with the company’s growth roadmap.
Prepare and extend offer letters and employment agreements, supporting candidates through the closing process.
Conduct market research on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends to inform the hiring roadmap.
Contribute to the development and structure of the company’s People/HR practices as the team grows.
Manage hiring processes across multiple locations, including US-based employees and international contractors.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting senior leadership (Director, VP, Head of, or C-level roles).
Experience recruiting within high-growth or early-stage environments (startup or 0-1 team building).
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to attract high-caliber talent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly proactive and goal-oriented.
Work setup This is an onsite role based in New York City. Candidates outside NYC may work in a hybrid arrangement with two pre-scheduled office visits per month, with travel expenses covered.
