Position Overview
Little Arrow Outdoor Resort & Little Arrow Base Camp RV Park are seeking a Reservations Specialist to join our front desk and reservations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating a welcoming, seamless guest experience from the very first phone call to check-out. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, this position requires professionalism, hospitality, and an eye for luxury-level detail. The Specialist will manage reservations, handle phone and email inquiries, ring up sales through our POS system, and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance. While the focus is on front desk and reservation operations, this role may also support lodging inspections as needed to uphold our resort’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Front Desk Operations:
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately in the booking system. Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions. Process guest payments, refunds, and sales transactions through our POS system. Ensure guests receive prompt resolutions to questions or issues during their stay. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate posting of all charges. Assist with retail space design, inventory, and ordering
Guest Experience & Support:
Offer personalized recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay. Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to the management team. Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment. Assist with cabin and lodging inspections as needed to ensure accommodations meet resort standards.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to coordinate arrivals and resolve issues quickly. Participate in special projects, inventory checks, or resort events as needed.
