Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Point Pleasant, NJ, for a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, facilitating property showings, and developing marketing strategies to promote listings. They will be expected to negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, conduct market research to provide insights on current market conditions, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Holds an active Real Estate License or is in the process of obtaining one Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property is a strong asset Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and listings effectively Proficiency with technology and real estate tools is preferred Knowledge of NJ real estate market is a plus
