Retail Assistant Property Manager – Katy, TX (In Office)
We are a boutique, owner-managed commercial real estate firm seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Property Manager to join our collaborative team in Katy, TX. Our portfolio consists of 1.5+ million square feet of retail properties throughout the Houston/Katy area, and we take pride in being hands-on, responsive, and operationally strong. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships with tenants and vendors while also thriving in the day-to-day operational details that keep retail centers running smoothly. Full-time, in office (Katy, TX) Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of retail commercial property management experience required Strong operational mindset with experience in budgeting support, CAM reconciliations, reporting, and vendor coordination Proactive in follow-up, issue resolution, and tenant communication Comfortable managing work orders, tracking deadlines, and supporting portfolio-level operations Proficiency in Yardi, Impak, and related property management software Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented We are a small team that values professionalism, accountability, and strong working relationships. The right candidate will be detail-driven, communicative, and confident handling both the relational and operational aspects of retail property management.
