Personal Lines Account Manager
for their busy office.
MUST have a Property and Casualty license . In this position you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities
Personal Lines Account Manager will handle customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner. They will determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies. During routine service contacts, they will also use their knowledge to identify any coverage gaps associated with a customer’s request and educate the customer on ways to mitigate their risk. The Account Manager will document all contacts, maintain customer records and files in a professional manner, and update customer information as appropriate for accuracy. They will maintain effective and timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers. They will effectively utilize technology to perform assignments and requests. Additionally, they will use knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and agency and carrier rules to service customers effectively. Additional responsibilities could include drafting and sending correspondence, and other tasks of a service nature and other duties as assigned. In addition to inbound service calls, the Account Manager performs service activities to support their team and their manager or others, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above. Qualifications/Requirements
Property and Casualty License required Agency experience preferred AMS360 experience preferred Excellent communication skills; verbally and written Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards Must be dependable, provide timely response, and complete tasks and work activities Benefits
