About the Job

Manage premium, fashion, and off-price accounts within our wholesale channel

Report into the Sales Manager of Premium and Fashion

Use selling skills, consumer insights, and negotiation skills to influence customers to purchase our portfolio of products that best help these partners, and the brand, meet financial targets and increase revenue

Identify and deliver new business opportunities that increase profitable revenue

Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal selling reports and analysis tools

Manage all sizing tools and account specific product needs to ensure on time and accurate deliveries to reduce and prevent chargebacks

Meet seasonal and monthly sales goals

Onboard new customers on our B2B platform, NuOrder

Conduct quarterly meetings both digitally, in person on the road, and at trade shows with a large wholesale customer base

Attend trade shows, conferences and sales meetings

Help plan retail-marketing projects in territory

Support strategic account team plans such as product knowledge trainings

About You

3+ years of experience in sales; preferably in wholesale sales

Familiarity with the athleisure market, key fashion or off-price accounts, and Beyond Yoga brand

Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects

Understanding of retail math

Manage relationships with buyers in the US

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, NuOrder, Salesforce

Location & Schedule This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Time in office can vary depending on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits The expected starting salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
