Overview
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY – WORK FROM ANYWHERE We are hiring an experienced
Loan Partner / Processor Hybrid
to work directly alongside our top-producing mortgage broker to guide applicants through the mortgage loan process. This role serves as the operational backbone of the business. The right candidate will take ownership of files from application through closing, communicate with borrowers and lenders, and ensure loans move smoothly and efficiently through the process.
This is a high-trust role for someone who can operate independently, take initiative, and keep the pipeline moving without constant oversight. Evening and weekend coverage is sometimes required. This is handled through a shared on-call schedule so everyone has time off. You are not expected to sit at your desk outside business hours, but when on call, you will be responsible for answering and addressing incoming borrower needs.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of files from application through closing; communicate with borrowers and lenders; ensure loans progress smoothly and efficiently.
Serve as the operational backbone of the business and maintain an effective mortgage workflow.
On-call coverage as part of a shared schedule; respond to borrower needs outside regular business hours when required.
Qualifications / Requirements
Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and keep the pipeline moving with minimal oversight.
Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment.
