We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Loan Processor to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Boise, ID, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan processing cycle. Key tasks include reviewing and verifying loan applications, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, collaborating with underwriters, and serving as a point of contact for brokers and clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries. The Senior Loan Processor will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Qualifications
Experience with Loan Documents and Loan Processing, including assessing applications and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines Strong knowledge of Loans and Underwriting processes, with the ability to identify and address potential issues Effective Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with brokers, clients, and team members Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with mortgage processing software and familiarity with industry regulations Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting is a strong advantage
