The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) drives revenue by proactively engaging customers to promote vacuum solutions. With a strong customer service focus, the ISS responds to inbound inquiries, identifies upselling opportunities to convert opportunities to vacuum solution sales. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and maximizing service revenue. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s) Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests via phone, email, and web sources. Proactively upsell products and solutions. Follow up on recent sales quotations to close additional business. Generate accurate and timely quotes using SAP/CRM. Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in CRM to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy. Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and fulfillment of Busch Group products. Support Sales Managers and Business Development Managers by identifying leads and other opportunities for solutions-selling. Customer Education & Relationship Building Clearly communicate the value of Busch service preventative maintenance contracts, and Busch first party repairs in support of customer uptime and cost savings. Educate customers on lifecycle costs and benefits of proactive service planning. Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, service reminders, and excellent after-sales support. Process Improvement & Feedback Provide input to refine workflow, quoting processes, and customer communication best practices. Share customer insights with Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to improve Busch product offerings and promotions. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred; technical background a plus. Experience: 2+ years of inside sales or customer support experience (or comparable experience) preferred, ideally in industrial equipment or services. Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Computer Skills: Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
