As part of its continued global expansion, the company is now seeking a Business Development Leader to help build and scale its commercial presence in the United States market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives in the U.S. market, focusing on building strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers.

Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across social commerce, digital marketing, and creator-led campaigns.

Design and execute a U.S. market growth strategy aligned with the company’s broader global expansion.

Work closely with internal teams including creative, media, and analytics to develop tailored marketing and commerce solutions for clients.

Build strong relationships within major social commerce and digital advertising ecosystems to stay ahead of platform developments and industry trends.

Drive negotiations, partnership structuring, and long-term client development.

Play a key role in expanding the company’s network and reputation within the U.S. digital commerce landscape.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within digital marketing, social commerce, or e-commerce ecosystems.

Strong background in one or more of the following areas: social commerce, influencer marketing, performance advertising, or e-commerce platforms.

Proven experience in developing and scaling partnerships with mid-to-large brands or agencies.

Solid understanding of the social commerce ecosystem, including live commerce, creator collaborations, and paid media strategies.

Well-established professional network within the U.S. e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing sectors.

Strong commercial instincts and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to translate strategy into revenue growth.

Experience working with international teams or cross-border business environments is highly valued.

Fluency in English is required. Mandarin is a plus.
