Responsibilities
Act as a critical project liaison for education and outreach initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive the mission of improving public and worker safety. Develop and facilitate complex educational programs aligned with applicable laws and regulations. Organize and analyze feedback and research findings. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and impact in project management and sensitive information handling. Identify opportunities to enhance education and outreach to increase compliance. Lead the development and facilitation of education and outreach strategies related to regulations adoption and implementation. Working Conditions
Effective July 1, 2025, CalHR PLP 2025 may include a 3% pay reduction in exchange for 5 hours of PLP 2025 leave credits monthly. The salary range does not reflect this reduction. Hybrid telework may be available for applicants in California, with standard in-office requirements and potential changes based on operational needs. Telework does not change essential job functions or terms of employment. Minimum Requirements

Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills; experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. Understanding of education and outreach strategies related to regulation development and adoption. Proficiency in data analysis to identify solutions. Ability to build presentations and communicate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and Canva. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Benefits
