You will work directly with sales leadership as a front-line problem solver and help evolve a sales system around product and demos into something scalable. We’re looking for a player-coach who remembers the hustle and can help grow revenue in 2025. You will work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product. If you need something developed to win a meaningful account, we can allocate resources to get it released. We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics. Our secret sauce is helping people see the value of the solution we provide and stepping in to assist product-led growth. Responsibilities

Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives. Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth. Serve as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps improve. Motivate all team members to go above and beyond for customers. Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel developed toward their fullest potential. Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports. Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of ENT sales management experience Strong experience selling into Upmarket segments in an expansion-focused sales motion Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving common goals MUST BE LOCATED IN RALEIGH, NC AND WILLING TO COME INTO AN OFFICE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK. #LI-JMS #LI-HYBRID Unsure if you meet all the qualifications of this job description but are deeply excited about the role?
