The SEO Analyst is responsible for supporting client accounts towards stated client and company objectives. Reporting to the SEO Manager, the Analyst provides assistance to internal client service teams, and at the direction of SEO Manager/Associate Director, initiates and coordinates projects with other internal teams. Responsibilities

Client Service and Program Support Support technical audits and assist in providing SEO recommendations to clients (e.g., metadata updates, internal linking, basic crawl and indexing fixes). Write and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, and on-page content based on keyword research and search intent. Pull and monitor performance data (rankings, traffic, CTR) to support monthly reporting and ongoing optimization efforts. Conduct keyword research and identify content or optimization opportunities to drive organic growth. QA SEO implementations to ensure accuracy, maintain strong attention to detail, and complete tasks on time across multiple accounts. Participate in weekly and monthly client calls, providing updates on assigned workstreams and performance insights. Effectively manage multiple priorities while contributing to the overall success of each SEO program. Stay informed on evolving search trends, including AI-driven search experiences and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and support the team in adapting strategies accordingly. Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by seeking opportunities to expand SEO knowledge and take increasing ownership of projects over time. Analytics & Reporting Support assigned accounts in pulling data and creating reports and presentations Track work assignments daily Manage and update client task reports Track and manage operations resource plan for client accounts Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting Qualifications

Relevant SEO work or internship experience preferred Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, BrightEdge, Moz, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, or Conductor a plus Strong analytical and implementation skills High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint Able to work as directed and balance multiple tasks Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
