Medical Sales Manager
Airgle Corporation, Chicago, IL, United States
This position is straight commission - 1099 status. This is ideal for someone that is looking to be their own boss. This role is ideal for someone who wants true autonomy: you control your schedule, your income, and your territory strategy. There’s no cap on earnings, no rigid structure, and no corporate red tape—just the freedom to build your business your way.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Health Care Territory Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic territory management, building strong relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, outpatient clinics, GPO's, IDN's. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales, account management, and business development to identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote our air quality systems and services.
Airgle gives hospitals a way to strengthen infection control and indoor air quality without adding operational burden. Our systems use medical‑grade HEPA and activated carbon filtration, plus a sealed aluminum housing, so you get consistent, validated performance. They help facilities stay aligned with CDC and CMS expectations around air quality, especially in high‑risk areas like isolation rooms, ICU, NICU, PACU, OR, ER, Infection Control, and oncology. Our solutions combine certified HEPA filtration capable of removing up to 99.999% of airborne particles down to 0.003 microns, with ultraviolet (UV) and advanced air-cleaning technologies to reduce airborne pathogens, allergens, fine particles, and chemical pollutants-supporting safer indoor air and infection-control efforts.
From a supply chain standpoint, they’re easy to deploy, require minimal maintenance, and have long filter life, which reduces total cost of ownership. They’re portable, quiet, and can be moved between departments as needs change. Most importantly, they give your clinical teams a reliable, plug‑and‑play solution that improves air turnover and reduces airborne contaminants without construction or downtime.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned healthcare regions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with infection control, sterile processing, supply chain, materials managers, GPO's, & IDN's.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to healthcare providers’ needs, emphasizing the benefits of our solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation of terms and upselling additional products or services.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Lead territory management efforts by analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting plans to optimize coverage and results.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside medical sales.
Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships.
Experience selling in infection control, sterile processing, supply chain management, materials managers, GPO's, IDN's, & C suites.
