Responsibilities
Full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative specializing in Porcelain Tile, based in Tampa, FL.
Build and maintain relationships with clients such as distributors, retailers, and contractors.
Identify sales opportunities, present product offerings, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market analysis and collaborate with team members.
Represent Exocera at industry events or trade shows.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Business Development, and building client relationships
Knowledge of Porcelain Tile products and familiarity with the construction or design industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel locally and attend trade events as needed
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Must be able to achieve the sales target in the region
