Location: Remote – Must live in South-Central United States
Salary: Base $75,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Annual Bonus

Territory Sales Manager
to drive expansion across the South-Central U.S. region. This territory offers a solid base of established OEM and distributor relationships, along with significant opportunity for new business development and market expansion. The role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth by targeting OEMs, strengthening distributor partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and outreach through solution development and close. Territory Sales Manager (Industrial Automation) Responsibilities
Grow sales within the assigned region by targeting OEMs and key accounts
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage the full sales cycle including cold outreach
Partner with the Distributor Manager to target and expand distribution channels
Lead product training sessions for customers and partners as needed
Represent the company at trade shows, including both attendance and booth setup
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product improvement opportunities
Maintain organized pipeline management using CRM tools
Execute strategic travel to target accounts and strengthen relationships
Territory Sales Manager (Industrial Automation) Qualifications
3+ years of industrial automation sales experience is required
Prospecting and cold calling experience is required
Experience with long sales cycles (>180 days) is required
Willingness to travel domestically up to one week per month is required
