Responsibilities

Solicit new process oil sales while servicing existing accounts in assigned geography/industry Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel at customer accounts Identify and develop new customer/distributor opportunities with strategic account planning Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs and quality issues Utilize CRM platform (Salesforce.com) for managing customer relationships and sales tracking

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of industry-related process oil sales experience or application-based sales of specialty chemical products Post-secondary education required; B.A. or B.S in Business, Chemistry, or a Technical Degree preferred Exceptional sales and business development aptitude with effective communication skills Ability to manage customer relationships at various organizational levels Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in selling rubber process oils, asphalt, adhesives, or specialty chemicals MBA with an undergraduate degree in business, chemistry, or another technical field Experience with SAP and Salesforce Understanding of supply and distribution processes, bulk transportation, and refining procedures Familiarity with end-use markets including rubber, polymer, and chemical additives
