Immediately What You’ll Be Doing
For the next
8–12 weeks , you’ll be embedded with our team documenting the journey. You’ll capture and produce social media content in real-time that highlights: The people behind our events The process of producing conferences and experiences Travel to major events across the country The behind-the-scenes moments that most people never see Our company’s rebrand and evolution This is
fast-paced storytelling . The best content will come from capturing authentic moments as they happen. You will shoot primarily on your
phone
and edit for: TikTok Instagram Reels Instagram Stories You’ll travel with our team to select events, including: Additional travel opportunities may include Some travel may be scheduled with short notice The Kind of Content You’ll Create

hours before doors open The unexpected problems teams solve on-site The human side of working in live events Behind-the-scenes moments that audiences never see This content will be shared in

as events unfold. Ideal Candidate
You are someone who: Loves storytelling Can capture compelling content on your phone Can edit quickly and publish content fast Enjoys travel and high-energy environments Is comfortable jumping into the middle of real moments Bonus if you have experience with: TikTok storytelling Documentary-style content Founder / business storytelling Schedule
This is a
contract role from now through the end of May . Most weeks will involve: Capturing content with our team Editing and publishing social content Collaborating on story ideas Flexibility is important as event schedules can move quickly Compensation
Contract role (8–12 weeks) $20,000 – $25,000
depending on start date vs. May 31 end date. Travel expenses covered. About Our Team
We produce events across the country for associations, universities, and companies. Our team works behind the scenes on conferences, expos, and gatherings that bring people together.
