Responsibilities

Manage the activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and implement sales and marketing programs to meet customer needs

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions and assist in resolving unique customer issues

Supervise Inside Sales Department activities and ensure team members meet sales call activity goals

Develop and execute training programs for Inside Sales Representatives, providing coaching and support as needed

Maintain accurate customer records for all interactions, including prospect data, contracts, and service documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience

Three years of business-to-business sales management experience plus three years in direct business-to-business sales, or two years of inside sales management experience

Proven success in a Level 4-6 sales position for three years

Must reside and work in the U.S.

Experience in sales in the waste management or environmental services industry
