Responsibilities

Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals

Inspect customers’ cars and diagnose tire-related problems while recommending services

Assure necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced accurately

Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel, overseeing customer satisfaction

Assist in store operations, including inventory management and supporting dealership technicians

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience in a retail tire and service environment

Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and meet motor vehicle record policy requirements

Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and online order management applications

Ability to be on feet for 7-8 hours a day and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a premium OEM dealership setting

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage service drive traffic effectively

Familiarity with market analyses and inventory management
