Position Summary Under the direction of the Associate Branch Executive Director, the Wellness & Sports Director is responsible for the management of all Wellness Center operations and Sports programming to include oversight of all wellness floor staff, personal trainers, group ex instructors, youth and adult sports staff. The Wellness & Sports Director takes a leading role in building relationships with members and program participants through effective and positive member service in support of our member first initiatives and culture.
Responsibilities
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Exercise Science or Physical Education) or equivalent experience
3 Years Experience working in the wellness, fitness, or sports industry
Supervisory experience
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by program schedules.
