Role Overview Factory6 Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to enhance the effectiveness of our sales department. In this supportive role, you will work alongside our sales representatives to improve client engagement and streamline internal operations.

Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of our sales process. Responsibilities will include participating in both virtual and in-person client meetings, capturing key insights, coordinating cross-functional follow-ups, and ensuring all client commitments are met accurately and professionally.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and structured, possessing outstanding written communication skills. You will have the ability to draft executive-level correspondence independently, and while you’ll receive guidance in client-facing interactions, a solid foundation in business writing is crucial from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Attend virtual and in-person client meetings alongside leading sales representatives and capture accurate, organized, and actionable meeting notes. Identifying key client objectives, pain points, and follow-up commitments.

Prepare concise meeting summaries and next-step documentation

Draft polished, executive-level follow-up emails and meeting summaries

Support CRM updates and documentation accuracy

Ensure no client commitment or internal action item falls through the cracks

Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client-related requests

Track deliverables and ensure timely completion

Maintain accountability for assigned action items until fully resolved

Qualifications and Competencies

Ability to take direction well and execute tasks with precision

Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated ability to craft professional, executive-level correspondence.

Strong grammar, structure, and clarity in written communication

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Outlook.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong active listening and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Experience in sales within contract manufacturing is a plus

Work Schedule This is an on-location assignment in our Lindon, Utah, office

Monday through Friday with a regular “9 to 5” schedule.
