Overview Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives to represent Constellation Energy, a leading energy supplier.

This is a face-to-face B2B sales role offering base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning $100k+ annually.

Outside Sales Representative Role As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet directly with business owners and decision makers to present solutions that improve their operations. This is a territory-based B2B sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and engage local businesses within your territory

Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers

Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities

Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients

Close new customer agreements

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k+

Have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, or business development

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Outside sales experience preferred but not required

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Ability to travel within assigned territory

Work Schedule

Full-time

Monday – Friday

Typical schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend opportunities available depending on territory
