Job Title: West Coast Regional Sales Manager
Location: Portland, Oregon
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $130000 - $140000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Remote with 50%-65% travel
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures
Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners
Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability
Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and solid financial acumen
Experience managing P&L, budgets, and high-performing teams
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement and growth
