Retail Manager, Boutique Store Manager
Nashville, TN Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, our Fifth + Broadway store is a high-traffic, fast-paced location that serves both loyal locals and visiting shoppers alike. As Sales Floor Manager, you will play a key leadership role in daily store operations, team development, and sales performance — ensuring every guest receives an elevated boutique experience, even at peak volume. Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service Lead by example in delivering warm, friendly, boutique-level customer service Provide personalized styling recommendations and product education Create meaningful connections with both local and out-of-town customers Ensure the sales floor remains welcoming, organized, and visually inspiring at all times — even during high-traffic periods Sales Leadership & Team Coaching Actively drive sales by coaching team members on selling techniques and product features Monitor daily and weekly sales goals and motivate the team to meet or exceed them Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and support to sales associates Partner with leadership to execute sales initiatives, events, and promotions Floor Management & Operations Oversee daily sales floor coverage and team deployment in a high-volume environment Support opening and closing procedures as needed Maintain strong product knowledge across all Hollie Ray categories Uphold and execute the store’s visual merchandising standards Ensure operational flow remains smooth during peak shopping hours Team Culture & Development Foster a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented work environment Lead with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability Help onboard and train new team members in customer experience and sales standards Serve as a liaison between store leadership and the sales team Qualifications
Previous retail leadership or keyholder experience preferred Passion for fashion, styling, and boutique retail environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to motivate teams and drive sales results Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits & Perks
