Shift Into Your New Role as a Sales Manager:
King Kia has a need for a Sales Manager. Applicant must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. Position will assist in the planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of both depts., including: sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating lease and purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills. We are part of the reputable Kenwood Dealer Group with locations throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.

Qualifications:
3+ years as a recent Vehicle Sales Manager OR 2+ years of recent F&I experience
Experience with CRM, CDK, and V Auto a plus, but not required
Proven track record in sales and CSI
Manufacturer experience a plus, but not required
Good math and communication skills
High school grad; college a plus
Satisfactory employment references
Pass background check
