We’re hiring a part-time Inside Sales Associate to help our team connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and business development inside a growing marketing agency. No prior sales experience required. Training, scripts, and lead lists are provided. The role begins in-office for training, with the possibility of remote work once fully trained and comfortable in the role. What You’ll Do

Start conversations with business decision-makers Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn Introduce our services and identify opportunities Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team Follow structured outreach scripts and processes Track activity and notes in HubSpot CRM Work toward daily outreach and meeting goals What We Provide

Comfortable speaking with people on the phone Reliable and organized Coachable and open to feedback Motivated to learn and improve Compensation

$20/hr + $50–$100 per meeting booked + commission on closed deals Opportunity to increase earnings through performance Top performers in this role will have the opportunity to move into a closing sales role once they consistently hit performance targets. Schedule
