Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Hartford, CT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a supportive and results-driven team culture. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Qualifications
Sales & Leadership: Proven experience in sales, team management, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a sales team effectively.
Strategic Thinking & Planning: Expertise in creating and implementing successful sales strategies to drive performance.
Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to advocating for excellent customer experiences and maintaining professional relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in the pest control industry or a similar field is a plus.
