Develop and execute a regional business plan for strategic irrigation and pool/spa accounts Grow market share and reclaim lost business through focused account strategies Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging channels Partner with regional leadership of National Irrigation & Pool/Spa Accounts Conduct product training, presentations, and joint sales calls Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience Strong background in irrigation markets (distribution, buying groups, or manufacturers) Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies Willingness and ability to travel 60–70% within the region Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications
