Lead Sales Associate Location: Varies

Reports to: Studio Manager

Overview: We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and driven Lead Sales Associate to help lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional service at Camarillo Fitness Orangetheory Franchise. This role combines customer service, sales, leadership, and daily operations support to ensure a best-in-class experience for every member and guest.

As the Lead Ambassador, you’ll not only help drive sales performance and manage daily studio needs—you’ll also serve as a mentor to new team members and support social media and marketing efforts. About Orangetheory Fitness Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out. Every 60-minute class is led by a certified coach and designed to push members to spend at least 12 minutes in the “Orange Zone”—raising their heart rate and boosting metabolism for up to 24 hours post-workout.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist studio management with processing membership changes, daily auditing, and resolving declined payments

Serve as a mentor to new Sales Associates during their onboarding and training period

Support studio marketing efforts by helping manage local social media content and engagement

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming studio environment

Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care outreach

Accurately maintain member records and transactions using OTF systems and tools

Execute effective sales conversations and guide prospects through studio tours and membership options

Support the team in meeting and exceeding all key performance indicators (KPIs), including membership sales, renewals, retail, and class attendance

Perform daily operational tasks and support front-desk cleanliness and organization

Help promote studio events, challenges, and member engagement opportunities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (experience with quotas or goals preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced studio environment

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools

Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Positive attitude, team spirit, and a growth mindset
