Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in Chicago

Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
Must meet all licensing and legal background requirements
Responsibilities
Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers
Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals
Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards
