The Impact You Will Have This internship position supports the Commercial Sales Group and will focus on reporting, client engagement, and project management. Your Responsibilities
Reporting: A critical component of the ongoing administration of clients is the pulling and posting of Employer reports. The goal is to have the intern pull reports from the Employer reporting tool and deliver them to the account team. Client Engagement: Creating and delivering client materials such as the member enrollment guide, benefit summaries and flyers utilizing the Marketing Toolkit. Attend and support client events. General Project Management: Be flexible and handle multiple projects from the Account Management Team and Account Management Leadership. This includes working with multiple Account Managers and Account Specialists and coordinating with internal partners to assist in service issues for customers. Requirements
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship. Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship. Undergraduate student currently enrolled as a junior or senior. Relevant coursework or experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. Application knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate to all levels. Organizational - ability to gather, categorize and prioritize information. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation. Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week. Perks of Interning at Blue Cross
