Responsibilities
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to execute campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
Build and launch CRM and in-app campaigns while ensuring accuracy and quality
Support end-to-end campaign execution by coordinating timelines and communicating with stakeholders
Audit CRM and lifecycle campaigns to ensure messaging and targeting are accurate
Maintain and update documentation, audits, and trackers for campaigns and channel activity
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
Experience with marketing automation technology or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, ExactTarget, Responsys)
Strong attention to detail and high standards for executional quality
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Clear and proactive communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or QA’ing campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
Familiarity with segmentation, personalization logic, and testing frameworks
Experience supporting landing pages or in-app content execution
Exposure to data-driven marketing and campaign reporting
Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
