
Experiential Marketing Manager

The Experiential Marketing Manager will lead experiential marketing initiatives including regional conventions, live events, and fan-focused activations. This role will collaborate with internal teams, distribution partners, and licensing partners to support marketing efforts across North America and Latin America. The position will manage external resources and agencies while helping bring brand experiences to life through live events and promotional activations.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Planning and executing experiential marketing activations, including conventions and live events across North America and Latin America
Managing agencies, vendors, and other contracted resources supporting event execution
Coordinating with internal marketing teams and external partners to support promotional initiatives
Tracking distribution and licensing initiatives to ensure alignment with experiential marketing plans
Leveraging audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends to inform experiential activations
Developing creative promotional concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Supporting integrated marketing campaigns across regions
Participating in cross-promotional initiatives with partners
Attending and supporting key conventions, events, and fan activations as needed
Coordinating asset approvals and brand usage with internal stakeholders and international teams
Supporting marketing approval workflows for assets submitted by external partners
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
At least
7 years of recent, relevant marketing experience , with a strong focus on experiential marketing activations At least
3 years of experience managing employees, agencies, or external partners Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing timelines and budgets for marketing initiatives Willingness to attend and work at major fan conventions and industry events Ability to travel for business, including potential international travel Proficiency in one or more of the following design programs:
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro Strong communication and collaboration skills High level of professionalism and work ethic Comfort adapting to evolving tools, technologies, and work environments Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese language skills
