What You’ll Be Doing

As our

Marketing & Digital Administrator , you will support the organisation's marketing and communications activity, including: Creating and scheduling engaging

social media content

across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Supporting the development of

digital marketing campaigns

to promote our services, recruitment and organisational updates. Assisting with

website updates and digital content management . Designing or coordinating

basic marketing materials , including graphics, posts and internal communications. Monitoring

social media engagement and digital performance , helping track campaign success. Supporting

recruitment marketing , including job adverts, campaigns and employer branding. Managing incoming enquiries via

digital channels and company communications . Maintaining marketing databases and assisting with

data entry and reporting . Supporting wider

business administration tasks

when required to ensure smooth office operations. Assisting with

internal communications and company announcements . What We’re Looking For

Passion for

marketing, social media and digital communication . Strong

written communication and content creation skills . Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of

social media platforms and digital marketing tools . Experience using

Microsoft Office, social media scheduling tools, or design platforms such as Canva

(desirable). A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. At least

1 year experience in administration, marketing support, or digital communications . A
