What We Need Experienced Producer to guide central technology software projects to address the needs of multiple studios, games, external partners, and publishing groups. You will drive each team to a specific set of goals, track and lead progress, remove roadblocks, and be responsible and held accountable for delivering high-quality software. You should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate a fast-paced, collaborative environment with globally distributed partners and competing priorities. What You’ll Do
Guide delivery for multiple projects, maintaining, prioritizing, and managing a backlog of evolving tasks Identify opportunities to innovate and automate internal workflows and improve visibility across the organization Establish clear project plans, dependencies, success criteria, and communication channels Manage internal and external resources to define and adhere to production schedules Provide thorough and timely communication on developing issues Collaborate with 2K IT, QA, Core Tech and other departments to ensure smooth operation of project-specific and company-wide initiatives Some travel will be required to support our distributed team Skills Needed
Proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and tools (including Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, traditional waterfall, Jira, and Confluence) Well-built project management skills with proven experience in a software development environment Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify, structure, and convey information to all levels Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strategic planning abilities Adept at quickly learning new technologies and adapting to new methods and processes Driven, proactive, self-starter who optimizes productivity and problem-solving without prompting BA/BS Degree or equivalent Bonus Points
Experience developing tech for internal customers in entertainment Gaming industry experience, mainly on AAA titles Equal Opportunity and Compliance
