[LA] Experiential Design Associate
Location : HQ - Los Angeles Fan Space
Work Hours : 9:30A - 6:30P
You will not be considered without a submitted portfolio
Responsibilities
Work with Fan Space / Retail Operations team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our Los Angeles Fan Space.
Assist Experiential Designer in ideation and execution of installs.
Organize assets for print in Adobe Suite and Procreate.
Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shoots.
Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
Perform assembly and installation tasks.
Communicate with vendors to ensure production.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.
Event tasks including customer service, greeting.
Qualifications
A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
Experience in print design, film art departments, or visual merchandising.
Efficiency in Blender, Zbrush or 3D Modeling is preferred but not necessary.
High school diploma or higher
Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
1+ Years of Experience in Retail
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Valid California Drivers License and Ability to drive U-Haul and Standard Trucks
Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop fans
