Job Description Identifies and develops strategic relationships with the physician community and partner facilities. Works with leadership to implement marketing initiatives for pipeline development of referring physicians. Identifies physicians\' needs and offers solutions including educational opportunities, practice services, and patient-based services. Elevates market intelligence, outcomes, and barriers to leadership. Develops and implements strategic physician marketing plans while understanding profitability. Sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI. Maintains constant communication with Marketing, Medical Group, and Campus/Service Line leadership. Uses Crimson, First Look, SG2, Optum, QlikView to review data and develop strong strategies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships. Forecasts and monitors volumes and referral patterns to meet organizational goals, including eligible bonuses. Works closely with consumer marketing and business development teams to coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure alignment. Assists in recruitment as needed. Assists in maintaining non-monetary compliance law regarding physicians (Stark). Manages yearly budget for areas of responsibility. Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]

Ability to build and promote physician network, plan and execute events [Required]

Ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships [Required]

Effective communication techniques to make oral presentations and prepare written reports [Required]

Effective interpersonal and influence skills [Required]

Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales [Preferred]

Education

Associate\'s in Business, Marketing or Health Science, or a related field [Required]

Bachelor\'s in Business, Marketing or Health Science, or a related field [Preferred]

Work Experience

2+ years of account management, sales, provider relations experience [Preferred]
