5+ years of experience in marketing production, creative project coordination, or multimedia/video production. Strong background managing project timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables for creative campaigns. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and leadership. Ability to manage multiple production projects simultaneously from planning through final delivery. Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront, Monday.com, or similar) and Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative tools exposure is a plus.
