What You Will Be Doing:

Responsible for achievingsales objectivesto grow the overall business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE)best practicesin the market. Establish store-level growth plans that connect to the Zoneobjectivesfor revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals.Communicate plans and conduct reviews quarterly with business partners toidentifyopportunities and action plans. Execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution ofDSDE best practices. Utilize sales datatoolsto help drive effective decisions with the frontline salespeople as well as drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays. Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School diplomarequired. A combination of education,trainingand experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted. Must be 21 years of age or older. 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales. At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted). Computer skills andproficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Wordrequired. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able toacquireandmaintaina DOT Medical card. Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with thegeneral public, to understandhighway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
